The application of PVC coated wire rope belt loops (steel belts) in plastic water tanks has multiple functions. First, the steel belt can prevent the plastic storage tank from deforming under high temperature or heavy load conditions, especially when the temperature is above 60℃ or the weight exceeds 1.2 tons, the supporting role of the steel belt is particularly obvious, which can effectively prevent the tank wall from expanding outward. Secondly, the steel belt can also improve the service life of plastic storage tanks, especially when loading chemical solutions, gas volatilization will corrode the PVC heat shrink tube outside the steel belt, and the presence of the steel belt reduces the direct contact between the volatile gas and the steel belt, thereby reducing the rust and decay of the steel belt. In addition, the flexibility and strength of the steel belt make it suitable for large storage tanks, such as 10 tons, 15 tons and above, ensuring its structural stability and safety.
