Before using the detachable buckle, the buckle body and pin should be carefully inspected to ensure that there is no severe wear, deformation, or fatigue cracks. When in use, the horizontal spacing of the release buckle must not be subjected to tensile force, and the axle pin must be securely inserted with a safety pin to ensure foolproof safety!
The following demonstrates the correct lifting and incorrect lifting respectively:
Of course, after the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the width inside the buckle should not be significantly reduced, and the threaded connection should also be ensured to be good. And remember not to exceed the prescribed safe load when using it.
If there is obvious permanent deformation or the shaft pin cannot rotate freely, and the wear on any section of the buckle body and shaft pin reaches more than 10% of the original size or cracks appear in any part of the shackle, it proves that the shackle needs to be replaced.
Pay special attention!
Overloaded use is the greatest harm to shackles, not only shortening their service life, but also posing an immeasurable threat to life and property. Do not overload or improperly use the shackle.
